RDX subscription helps you to reach out to the prospective
jobseekers and hire them to meet your recruitment needs.
RDX
offers:
- An intelligent search engine that helps in finding the right or most relevant candidates
with great effortlessness
- Various search options like advanced, role and custom define and choose the way
you’d like to search
- The ability to refine your search by drilling down further through tools like search
within results
- The ability to contact candidates through email and sms, sieving of right candidates,
forward and organize resumes in folders
- Regular alerts of resumes in your mailbox at the frequency desired by you depending
on the parameters decided by you
You can search for candidates in our
Resume Database using
the following search options:
- Advanced Search
Comprehensive search using multiple search criteria like keywords,
experience, annual salary, current location, functional area, industry type, include
or exclude specified employers. You can set additional filters like diversity
hiring, candidate’s age, and set display options for the search results.
- Role Search
Search based on functional area and roles. You can also set additional filters like
diversity hiring, candidate’s age and set display options for the search results.
- My Search
You can customize your search form and add or delete search fields that you use
often.
The Keyword field in the
RDX search form searches for
the inputted keyword (s) in various fields of a resume. You can search keywords
in the following fields of the resume:
- Candidate’s Profile
- Experience Summary
- Current Organization
- Designation
- Educational Institute Name Fields
Yes, you can search within results, to make your search more appropriate thereby
further condensing your search results; you have the option to
‘search
within results’.
You can see this option in
Search Results Page.
- Just click on ‘Search within Results’ on search results page
- Just input the criteria in the ‘Search within Results’ text box, click ‘Search’
This is basically to further refine your search on your original search criteria,
which remains the same.
To view
RDX activity in your account over a period of
time, after login to account as a super user, you can generate and view the following
reports:
- Job Posting Usage Report
It has two kinds of report:
- One click Report
- Customized Report
These reports give you detail data of job posting of your company over a period
of time.
- Job Posting Usage Report
The overall RDX activity is displayed of the users of your company over a period
of time.
- Account Login Usage Report
The login details and activity of the users is displayed using RDX. In the last
month.
- Contacted Candidate MIS
The report on the candidates contacted by the sub-user is displayed
(available to sub-users only). You can access the available data of the
last 6 years but you can run the report for a specified duration.
To use later, you can also download these reports in MS Excel format.
In case you wish to receive these reports in your mailbox at regular intervals,
you can set the time period like today, yesterday, this week, and this month for
these reports. However, this functionality is availed by super-user.
For seeing a resume:
- Just conduct a search
- Just click on the resume heading of the most appropriate resume from the listed
resume page
- Resume preview will open with its details
You can send out emails from your RDX account to the candidates. For contacting
candidates through
RDX:
- Just select the desired resume (s) from the listed resume page
- From the actions listed on the top, click on ‘Send mail’
- From the form, please select an existing email template or compose a new email to
be sent to the candidate (s)
- Attach a job i.e. optional and Preview & Send the mail
You need to create contact templates using these steps:
- Just login to your account
- Go to ‘Resume database’
- Click on the tab ‘Contact Templates’
- Click the button ‘Create New Template’
- A dialogue box will open up. Just specify the template name, and subject, after
compiling the email message just click on ‘Create’
Whenever any new resume matches your saved search criteria and enters our resume
database, you get a resume alert. This is a service that helps you to receive mails
and keeps you updated on the latest matches against your saved searches.
- Inactive job seeker: Candidate is not active on Gobananas
for 1 yr.
- Resume already viewed: Candidate has modified the resume
after it was last viewed by you
- Contacted by Email: Candidate has already been contacted
by email
- Resume already viewed: You have already opened and viewed
these resumes in detail
- Comments added: You have already added comments to these
resumes
- Contacted by SMS: Candidate has already been contacted
through SMS
Yes, additional notes can be added by using the ‘Add comments’
option available at the top-left on the resume preview page.
To enter the desired comments, click on that option.
For printing a resume, just click on the resume heading from the resume listing
page. You will see the resume preview in detail. Click on the ‘Print’
option to get the resume printed.
Yes, you can download the resume (s) using these simple steps:
- Just login to your account and go to the folder from which you want to download
the resume (s)
- Click on the button ‘Download resume (s)’
- Please specify the starting and ending index of the resumes you wish to download.
- Click ‘download’
That’s how you can download the desired resumes.
Resume Freshness means when a candidate was last active on our site. Based on the
resume freshness, you can search the resumes in RDX.
